The 40 m² house accommodates up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a kitchenette, and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Additional amenities include a TV, fan, and accessible interior. Enjoy your private garden and relax under the walnut tree or on your own open terrace. A private grill is available—perfect for a cozy evening after a day in the city. The house is situated on the grounds of a former shipyard. You’ll find street parking nearby, and public transport is within easy reach. 1 pet (dog or cat) is allowed on request and for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted, and the accommodation is for adults only. Your hosts live next door and are always available for questions.
